About Us
The Greater Houston All-Star Band is a youth organization that is committed to providing quality music education and performance opportunities for students in the greater Houston area. Our main mission is to develop youth's performance in instrumental music, dance, colorguard, and mentorship for college music majors. The three pillars for our participants are MUSICIANSHIP, LEADERSHIP, and SHOWMANSHIP. We aim to ensure that our students experience the highest level of musical instruction and performance. Program
Our color guard team development program is designed for both novices and experienced participants. Our instructors use quality instruction and technique to develop each member's skills. We work with each participant to develop their overall skill set and ensure they are ready to perform at their best.
Greater Houston Community Percussion Program
Our percussion instruction program at Greater Houston All-Star Band is the best in the area. We offer a comprehensive curriculum and experienced instructors who are passionate about teaching. Our program is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in percussion. We welcome students of all levels and are dedicated to helping them achieve their goals.
Greater Houston All-Star Dance Program
Our Dance Instruction programs are designed to cater to all levels of experience. We offer a variety of genres including hip hop, contemporary, jazz, tap, and ballet. Our instructors will take the time to work with you individually to ensure you are progressing and enjoying your time with us. Whatever your dance aspirations may be, we guarantee our classes will exceed your expectations and foster your love for dance.
